Students study air resistance, aerodynamics, flight and more…then design, build and test their own custom fliers! Perfect for integrating STEM into your curriculum, our project-based lab includes 4 step-by-step activities that students complete in order—building on the skills they learned in the previous activity until they’re ready to complete one final engineering challenge! As students work, they get hands-on experience with the design process—making predictions, testing theories, and ultimately designing and building more efficient fliers! Includes all the materials needed to complete 4 activities.
