Chairs & Tables for Your School
As a general guideline, the space between a chair seat and tabletop should be between 6" and 10". For example, in a second grade classroom, both 13½" and 15½" chairs can comfortably accommodate a range of students, and each pairs well with tables between 19" and 25" high.
